Castlehouse Penthouse is the sister apartment to Castle House located 25 yards from the harbour’s edge. There are magnificent views  from the living room and two of the bedrooms across the harbour and upstream to Bodnnick. Castlehouse Penthouse has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard benefiting from oak floors and doors throughout plus underfloor heating and a log burner to cosy up to during the colder months.  The living room area is open plan and  has a range of comfortable seating with dining table and chairs, digital smart tv /dvd and free Super Fast wifi. Netflix available for account holders.

The modern kitchen is equipped to a high standard with granite work top, induction hob, eye level oven, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, nespresso mini coffee machine,  wine cooler, waste disposal.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is in the converted attic, this bedroom has a Kingsize bed and  has super views across the harbour to Fowey and up stream to Bodinnick and has an ensuite wet room, digital tv.  The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one with views over the harbour this bedroom has a Kingsize bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, both with digital tv.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor with bath/shower overhead, toilet and washbasin.

Bed linen and 100% Egyptian cotton towels provided.  Electricity included.

Property serviced Friday morning changeover.

The property will be available from 3pm on arrival day.  To be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

Only kiln dried logs to be used with the special Scan log burner. A stock are kept on site and are charged at £7.50  per bag.  Please leave money in honesty box.

Unloading is possible within 20 yards with parking available either in the main car park at the top of the village or in the private parking space located 100 yards from the property, please enquire.

This is a non smoking property, no pets.

Polruan is built on the side of a hill and may not be suitable for wheelchair users. There are a small number of steps to negotiate to the front door
